The building is newly built and consists of 8 apartments [studios] with a capacity of 2 or 3 persons [the 3rd person minor].
Outside there is a shared courtyard with lawn, lots of flowers and a few tables to enjoy your view and coffee. On the ground floor there is a waiting room, reception and wc for people with disabilities. The three ground floor apartments have easy access, without stairs.
On the 1st floor there are five apartments, three of which have an armchair bed to accommodate a child [provide a cot in all rooms]    
All apartments are spacious [35sqm] all balconies overlook the sea and provide all the comforts of a self-contained apartment as well as the special hospitality of the owners.
The studios are equipped with air conditioning.
Tv is available in all apartments as well as a fully equipped kitchen that will meet your needs for creating a breakfast or a snack.
Café-restaurants with a wide variety of gastronomic delights can be found within 50m of the hotel.
Following the pedestrian street of the coastline in a few minutes you meet the settlement of Ag. Ioannis, a cosmopolitan resort where you can find mini markets, gift shops, café-bars and restaurants.
